Fortnite Tournaments 2026: Global Championship, FNCS Solos and Every Cup Left This Season

The Fortnite Global Championship hits Antwerp on September 26–27 with $2,000,000 on the line, and the very next day the brand-new FNCS Solos opens its first qualifier. Here is every Fortnite tournament still on the 2026 calendar, what it takes to enter and what Epic has not announced yet.
Everything below is the schedule as of September 15, 2026. Epic can change dates at any time – the Compete tab in the game is final.
What is running right now: Chapter 7 Season 4
Chapter 7 Season 4, Override, started on August 20, 2026. Epic has not published an official end date.
The last FNCS Practice Cups window closes this week with the final on September 19. Duos, Build, divisions 1 to 5 – cash only in the Division 1 weekly final, $5,000 for first place in EU.
Fortnite Global Championship 2026: September 26–27
The FNCS 2026 finale is a LAN at the Lotto Arena in Antwerp, run by BLAST: 50 duos, 12 matches over two days, $2,000,000 prize pool. The field is already set:
- 15 duos from the Major 1 Summit
- 25 duos from the Major 2 finals: 9 from EU, 6 from NAC, 2 from each other region
- 10 duos from the GC Last Chance: 3 from EU, 2 from NAC, 1 from each other region
Epic has not published how the prize pool splits by placement. One more reason to watch: Epic is running a community vote on whether FNCS 2027 is duos or trios, and the result will be announced at the Global Championship.
FNCS Solos: the new solo event
FNCS Solos is new for 2026 – an online, Build-only solo tournament in all seven regions: NAC, NAW, EU, ASIA, BR, ME and OCE. Entry is limited to the top 200,000 in Power Rankings, and the top 2,000 can skip round 1.
Your region is locked for the whole event, so pick the one with your best ping before the first match.

Prize pools are set per region: EU $253,500 – the largest – then NAC $174,750, BR $72,500, NAW $62,750, and $35,400 each for OCE, ASIA and ME.
Fortnite Mobile Series Championship: October 24–25
The top 16 mobile players meet at BLAST Studios in Copenhagen, touch controls only. Epic switched the mode from Blitz to Reload, and the Mobile Series as a whole carries a $1,000,000 prize pool.
In-game cups left this season
Most cash cups below are duos, and that is where runs die: a partner from a random Discord ping who goes quiet an hour before Round 1.
You enter everything from the Compete tab: accept the rules in the client, and duos or trios join as one party.

We found no OG, Blitz or Squads cups on the current schedule. Start times depend on your time zone – check Compete.
Ranked Cups do not pay cash
Every Ranked Cup this season rewards the Null outfit and its set. Prize money is in the Cash Cups and Victory Cups.
Eligibility: what Epic actually requires
From Epic's Competitive Master Rules, updated June 4, 2026. A specific event can add its own requirements.
- Age: 13+, or older where your country requires it. Minors need parental consent; cabined accounts cannot enter.
- Security: two-factor authentication.
- Account level: 350 for FNCS, Cash Cups and Performance Evaluation, 50 for other cups, unless an event says otherwise.
- FNCS: at least 14 Epic tournaments in the last 180 days.
- PC: Secure Boot, TPM and IOMMU in all tournaments since February 19, 2026.
- Region: locked for a whole FNCS Major and for all of FNCS Solos.
- One account: no extra accounts, no bought, gifted or transferred ones, no playing on someone else's. Display names cannot include Fortnite or Epic.
- Cash prizes: not paid to residents of Russia and Turkey.
Do I need 14 tournaments to play a Cash Cup?
Not according to the rules we checked: the 14 tournaments in 180 days requirement is listed for FNCS. Cash Cups need account level 350, and the current Duos Zero Build Reload Cash Cups also ask for Platinum+ in Reload Ranked.
Do skin cups, Ranked Cups or Zero Build cups count toward the 14?
The rules we checked do not say which cup types count, and we found no official answer. Before you plan an FNCS run around cosmetic or Zero Build cups, check the event details in Compete or ask Epic Player Support.
Before your first cup
- Turn on two-factor authentication and check your level.
- Read the event page in Compete for your region – Ranked Cup rank thresholds are published only there.
- Pick your region by ping and stay in it.
- Party up and accept the rules in the client before the session opens.
Thresholds, dates and prizes differ between regions, so trust your own region's page, not a screenshot.
PC players: check anti-cheat settings now
If Secure Boot, TPM or IOMMU is off, you are not getting into the cup. Fix it days before, not an hour before Round 1.
Common mistakes that cost a cup
- Borrowing or lending an account – it counts as unfair play.
- Shrugging off sanctions: they range from a warning and point deductions to forfeited prizes, disqualification and bans. A competitive ban of 14 days or more removes FNCS eligibility.
- Trusting old dates. Epic moved the Global Championship itself this year.
What changed from 2025
The biggest shift is team size: FNCS 2025 was trios, FNCS 2026 is duos.
- Prize money: $8 million for FNCS 2025; more than $10 million announced for 2026 in December 2025, no updated total since the restructure.
- Structure: on May 29, 2026 Epic replaced Major 3 with the GC Last Chance and moved the Global Championship to September 26–27. A Summit LAN and Second Chance stages were added.
- New: FNCS Solos, Power Rankings (since June 5), the Reload Elite Series and the Mobile Series.
- Format: five FNCS divisions instead of three and Heats instead of the Group Stage.
What Epic has not announced yet
- Any tournaments for November and December 2026.
- An official end date for Chapter 7 Season 4 and the next season's schedule.
- The Global Championship prize split by placement.
- FNCS 2027 dates, prize pool and venue – only the duos or trios vote is running.

Getting your duo ready
Duos Cash Cups, Reload Duos Victory Cups and the Override Series trios all need a fixed partner before Round 1, and a partner you have never played with is a gamble with prize money.
